  • Educational content including courses, eBooks, and other resources.

These Terms apply to all services provided by the Company, whether subscription-based, one-time purchases, or any other offering available.

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription-Based Programs: For subscription plans, payment is required upfront or on a recurring basis, as indicated on the product or service page.

  • The subscription is billed either monthly or on a custom billing cycle and continues until canceled by the client.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment for the duration of their subscription.

  • After the initial period, clients must give at least 1 week's notice to cancel or adjust their subscription.

  • One-Time Programs: One-time programs require full payment upfront before any service, program, or material is delivered.

  • Payment for one-time programs is non-refundable once access is granted to program content or services.

  • Clients will only receive the program once and will not be entitled to future updates or revisions.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made using the available payment methods on our website, including credit/debit cards or PayPal.

  • Failed Payments: If any payment fails or is not successfully processed, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service until the issue is resolved.

4. Program Delivery & Access

  • Access to services or products will be provided only after full payment has been successfully processed and verified.

  • One-Time Programs: Once payment is processed, access to program materials will be granted. These are non-updated, non-transferable, and are provided as-is.

  • Subscription Programs: Subscribers will receive ongoing access to services as long as their payment is up to date. Subscription programs are subject to change, and clients will be notified in advance of any significant updates or changes.

5. Support

  • One-Time Programs: Support is only available during the setup phase of the program. Once setup is completed, no further support or revisions will be provided.

  • Subscription-Based Programs: Support is provided for the duration of the subscription. Once canceled, clients will no longer have access to support services.

6. Results Disclaimer

  • No Guaranteed Results: The Company offers services designed to assist in achieving health, fitness, and wellness goals, but results are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on various factors, including effort, adherence to the program, and personal circumstances.

  • The Company is not responsible for any specific outcome or results, and we do not make any claims regarding the achievement of personal goals.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • Subscription Programs: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial 2-month period by providing at least 1 week’s notice before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in being charged for the subsequent month.

  • One-Time Programs: All payments for one-time programs are non-refundable once the program is delivered or accessed. Clients will not be entitled to any refunds, even if they do not fully utilize the program.

  • Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services if the client breaches any terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or disrupts the Company’s operations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and services provided by the Company, including but not limited to program content, educational materials, videos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content or materials provided by the Company without express permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Iron Sharpens Iron Physiques, LLC takes your privacy seriously. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and process your personal data.

  • We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or financial losses.
